DanCin Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned and operated general and electrical contracting company.
We have been big and we have been small and, although “big” is nice, we remember that the personal care and concern of “small” is what got us to where we are today.
Since our 1996 startup in Jacksonville, Florida, we have met the needs of both commercial and residential clients in no fewer than 25 Eastern and Midwestern states - and Texas.
Shopping Mall “build-outs” seem to be the niche that we fell into. It was a word-of-mouth sort of thing beginning with Antie Anne’s (the pretzel company). Today, you will see our work in at least 260 of their locations and their “Outstanding Supplier” awards on the wall of our office. We handle in-line store, kiosk, and mobile cart construction for the franchise owners of a number of other familiar brands like Cinnabon, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Haagen Dazs, and Coffee Beanery.
In addition to building from raw space to finished product, we handle “electrical only” and/or “electrical service contracts” for a number of businesses including Sav-a-Lot and MidAmerica Apartment Communities.
But not everything we do sounds so grand. In addition to our crews that are likely to be spread from Minnesota to Mississippi, we have a home team to keep busy. More often than not, their commercial and residential work is electrical; trouble shooting or updating, parking lot lighting installations or replacing old toggle wall light switches to the new “rocker” switches, but we do fit in local remodel projects as scheduling permits.
From big dollar businesses like Auntie Anne’s pretzel franchisees to Aunt Jackie’s living room expansion to Miss Millie’s “ceiling fan in every room” project, we always do our best to do our best. Our goal (and motto) began as “on time…on budget…and, leave the client smiling”. It worked for us when we started and it works for us still.
